My father was a photographer and I did not want to follow in his footsteps. So I didn’t start shooting until well into adulthood. That gave me the space to figure out just what my style would be. I haven’t found it yet, but gosh darnit, I’m kind of obsessed with it.
Quiet at the Lakefront
I began practicing self-portrait work during the early days of imposed lockdown. Living alone had its benefits.

Branching out, embracing the different parts of myself that have always existed but I hadn’t the courage to embrace.

I took a trip to the south of France in the summer of 2016 and came across these natural beauties.
